Introduction
In this assignment we should learn more about management, this function and the principal task of the function management is planning.
Management is the process of reaching organizational goals by working with and through people and other organizational resources, were they need to follow three characteristics: 1. It is a process or series of continuing and related activities. 2. It involves and concentrates on reaching organizational goals. 3. It reaches these goals by working with and through people and other organizational resources.
The 4 basic management functions that make up the management process are described in the following sections: 1. PLANNING 2. ORGANIZING 3. INFLUENCING 4. CONTROLLING.
I will talk about the importance of planning functions of the manager, in which his definition planning is the process that comes from the research opportunities to explain the objectives, goals and plan projects in detail to succeed.
The planning involves creativity and management, in which most fundamental characteristic and intelligent behavior. This process is essential for the creation and clarification the plan, or the integration of various plans in which an estimate and combined development with the preparation of scenarios and how they react.
For a good planning method you must have a basic process steps for a good development as: achieving goals, identify resources, set goals related goals, prioritizing goals and steps, create assignments and deadlines, establish methods of evolution and identify courses of action.
This development talks about planning process, types of planning, the advantages and disadvantages.
