Part one
Introduction
Galaxy has been a mainstay in the world manufactured toys for over six decades. Their ability to create inspirational toys kids of all ages has been renown. These toys over the years have helped kids delve into the world of space exploration and has lit the “spark” to them realizing their dreams. The creation of classic and contemporary space-related toys is their focus to attracting varied-aged kids.

Completion dates for material purchase and delivery set for production roll out

7. Establish timelines for completion of 3D programming, training, and installation
8. Maintenance for 3D printers must be done early
9. Personnel must be crossed trained on the 3D printers
10. Marketing will determine shipping start date
Goals are sets of objectives a company desires to achieve in the future (near or far). They utilize the measurement that are clear, tangible, and achievable. Objectives should be precise, attainable and time bound. (Ryan, T., n.d.). Galaxy Toy’s goals have been measured and the objectives are precise which will enable Keith’s pathway for an efficient management experience.
Through innovative and thoughtful approach to tackling the challenges for Galaxy toys. Proper planning, clear guidance, and achievable goals will set Galaxy toys on a successful course to maintaining it standing as a leader in toy manufacturing for years to come.
