VI. Project Resources
A. People
Typically the EMR implementation team consists of the project manager and various staff members from different sectors of the organization. As the EMR provider our typical portion of the deployment would be focused on training the client in the use of the EMR solution (Henry Schein Medical Systems Inc., 2013).
For this project the EMR provider will work as a vendor project manager, we will need to have the organization to provide us a project manager that will help us with the communication with their team. Their team will have to consist of the following personnel.
1. Project Managers
2. Members from their field services (computer technicians)
3. Network technician
4. Server technician
5. Security technician (Symantec technician) (this could be combined with
