Plum Garden, in McHenry, specializes in tasty Chinese cuisine in their warm and charming restaurant. Appetizers such as their Plum Garden Egg Roll, stuffed with chicken, pork and veggies and served with homemade sweet and sour sauce is a customer favorite. Entrees such as their famous battered Hong Kong Chicken, served over bok choy, water chestnuts, mushrooms and pea pods and their delightful Steak Kew sauteed in oyster sauce have helped put Plum Garden on the map. Additionally, a large variety of fried rice and lo mein noodle dishes abound and are available wtih your choice of meat, vegetable, or combination. And with a variety of vegetarian and gluten free entrees, Plum Garden is a great destination for diners with allergies or preferences.
