Every Information system developed with the involvement of various groups of people, also known as stakeholders, such as system analysts, IT staff, data administrators, security administrators, tests, programmers, project managers, and network administrators. The stakeholder is someone involved in the processes or management of a project. The stakeholder can be an from any department in an organization or from outside the organization. The contribution of a stakeholder can be very according to the requirements of the project. The stakeholders are the part of risk management plan, which develop in the early stage of a project.
List of few stakeholders and their responsibilities in a project:
• System Analyst – responsible for solving the computer related problems, collaboratively work with others in SDLC, act as an information broker
• Data Administrator – control the access permissions and privileges, install the new DBMS, data available in consistent form, provide scope for data recovery and data security
• IT Technician – maintain the communications and computer system, help the users in finding the correct software and hardware for the problems

I believe that learning a programming is not essential. I was not convinced by the analysis of Ferro, G. (2014). Debating Whether Network Engineers Need to Learn Programming. According to Ferro, learning a programming will give an opportunity to survive in the competitive environment.
