Poached Egg And Avocado Toast
After you barely wake up your day already gets ruined due to the fact that you have to sit around the kitchen cooking for your family.
If you are tired of waking up earlier to prepare them elaborate foods, read the following lines to find out how and what you can prepare for the family breakfast in 10 minutes or less.
Poached egg and avocado toast
Poached eggs and avocado toast is a delicious breakfast serving that provides your body with vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, and iron.
The necessary ingredients for a single serving are 2 eggs, 1/3 avocado, 2 slices of whole grain bread, 2 tablespoons of shaved Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley for topping, and quartered heirloom tomatoes for serving.

When the eggs are poached, lift them gently out of the water with a spatula and place them on top of the toast, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley, and serve this delicious breakfast with heirloom tomatoes.
Scrambled tofu
The ingredients that go into making 2 servings of scrambled tofu are 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast, 1 tablespoon of water, 1 minced glove garlic, 1 finely diced scallion, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1/4 teaspoon of turmenic, ¼ teaspoon of paprika, ¼ teaspoon of ground cumin, 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper, and ½ package of well drained tofu.
While you mix in a small bowl the nutritional yeast, the cumin, the water, the turmenic, the paprika, the salt, and the pepper, you can fry the scallion and garlic, cramble the tofu into the pan and letting it cook for to minutes, after wich you toss the parsley in and you continue to stir for 2 minute.
Don't forget the coffee
You can't have breakfast without drinking a hot and delicious cup of coffee to give you energy for the day to come, therefore don't forget to start the coffee maker while preparing the food to have the coffee done when the breakfast is
