Name of business: Muffin’s Bakery & Breakfast Café
Type of business: Sole trader Description: My business is a Bakery and Breakfast café. I will be providing a variety of delicious pastries and breads, fresh fruits, fruit beverages, a variety of coffee and teas. The café caters to people on-the-go, too busy to prepare breakfast and those who just want to go out and enjoy their breakfast outside home.

JUSTIFICATION OF LOCATION
Muffin’s Bakery & Breakfast Café will be located on Frederick Street, Port of Spain.

REASONS FOR LOCATION
1. My business is on a busy and well-known street with easy access to all.
2. This location is convenient for the general public especially early morning workers and students.
3. From 1:00pm to 2:00pm daily, the café will be free of most of its customers, making it easy for the delivery truck to make their way in and out for day-to-day deliveries.

SELECTION OF APPROPRIATE LABOUR The type of labour required for my business is skilled, semi – skilled and skilled. Skilled is required for my business therefore there will be less wastage of raw materials. Semi-skilled labour is required because the daily transactions of the business need to be recorded. Unskilled is also there because unskilled persons are needed for this job.

SOURCES OF FIXED AND WORKING CAPITAL
