I will be providing a variety of delicious pastries and breads, fresh fruits, fruit beverages, a variety of coffee and teas. The café caters to people on-the-go, too busy to prepare breakfast and those who just want to go out and enjoy their breakfast outside home.

Muffin’s Bakery & Breakfast Café will be located on Frederick Street, Port of Spain.
REASONS FOR LOCATION
1. My business is on a busy and well-known street with easy access to all.
2. This location is convenient for the general public especially early morning workers and students.
3. From 1:00pm to 2:00pm daily, the café will be free of most of its customers, making it easy for the delivery truck to make their way in and out for day-to-day deliveries.

SELECTION OF APPROPRIATE LABOUR The type of labour required for my business is skilled, semi – skilled and skilled. Skilled is required for my business therefore there will be less wastage of raw materials. Semi-skilled labour is required because the daily transactions of the business need to be recorded. Unskilled is also there because unskilled persons are needed for this job.
