Description of business
Chin’s palace is a partnership. That is involved in the service industry. We specialize in event and party planning as well as catering. That being said we mainly focus on birthdays as well as wedding events.

Mission Statement

Justification of location
Chins Palace is located on 43 DeCartret Mandeville, Manchester, Road. The reason for this is the Availability of sufficient land, “Chin’s Palace is a party planning business with the option to plan and organize personal parties as well as host parties for customers at our workshop. Due to surveys conducted by our marketing department we have concluded that it is also an area with suitable labor available with minimum strike record, which is important because “Chins Palace” is a new firm and if there is minimum problems with the employees the firm will be able to achieve even more. As well as a closeness to target market. Our surveys have also shown that this area has frequent events such as parties.

Selection of appropriate labor
The type of labor necessary for this business is unskilled and semi-skilled. Unskilled labor have no special ability required to perform tasks and semi-skilled labors are those that have the ability to do a particular task and require further training to do the task really well. With “Chin’s Palace” there will be a total of ten (10) unskilled and semi-skilled laborers. The unskilled laborers will consist of two delivery men and one janitor and while the semi-skilled laborers will consist of seven promoters (sale representatives). The functions of the unskilled worker would be used to deliver our products and ensuring that the products are delivered on time. While the
