Poem Analysis: Sophia Burns

In this poem it talks about a little girl named Sophia Burns. Sophia talks about how playing on an a boys team affects how she plays. One piece of this poem that I really enjoy is that she is the only girl on her team and if any boys are mean she will bring the best game she's got and prove the boys wrong. Another feature that I dig about Sophia´s poem it that she really tries to tell everyone how much she enjoys hockey, and that even if boys are mean, it will effect how she plays in a positive way. In Sophia’s poem the theme of it is her trying to tell everyone how much she loves hockey.
