• Description

Our proposed system is computerized Inventory System of Gosy Sales and Service Center. Since the store is using a manual inventorr system for the record of their stocks. The proponents want to help them to have the system for them to keep the files of their stocks easily monitored. Many shops now use inventory systems. The term "Point of Sale Inventory " can be used to include various aspects of monitoring the amount of stock on the shelves and in the stockroom and how reordering happens. Typical features include

✓ Ensuring that products are on the shelf in shops in just the right quantity. ✓ Recognizing when a customer has bought a product. ✓ Automatically signalling when more products need to be put on the shelf from the stockroom. ✓ Automatically reordering stock at the appropriate time from the main warehouse. ✓ Automatically producing management information reports that could be used both by user and buyer/s.

The purpose of this project is to create a database system that will Gosy Sales and Service Center will apply to his store/s. specifically, this study would like to answer the following question: ▪ What did you use in monitoring your stocks? ▪ What was the highest item you order? ▪ What item was the minimum item you order? ▪ What was the critical level of every item you order? ▪ What are you usually using in ordering your product? ▪ What item was the smallest order? ▪ What item/s was the larger order? ▪ What kind item in your business does the customer most like?
