Jack and his group killed Piggy and try to search for Ralph to also kill him. When Ralph was running he found a British Navy Officer and all the boys got rescued. Main Characters: (clear, concise description of each.) Ralph: Ralph represents leadership, the properly socialized and civilized young boy. He is the 12 year old English boy who is elected leader of the group of boys. He is one of the oldest boy in the island. Ralph described as tall and handsome boy. Ralph always tried to be united with all the boys and tried to be rescue everyone by finding many ways.
Piggy: Piggy is the smartest among all the boys. He suffer with asthma, poor eyesight, a weight problem. He doesn't like his nickname. Piggy represents the ideal civilization. Piggy's nickname connects him to the pigs on the island, who become the targets of Jack's and his hunters and at the end he was killed by the Jack’s group.
