Police Brutality

BAM! You just watched a video of a cop that just grabbed an, at first glance, innocent citizen. People may think that the police is going too far, and others will say that the citizen in the video might have done something that made that person deserve what just happened. People can take footage out of the video to make one side look bad and the other look better. Just by watching the video, you can’t tell whether who is at fault here. My issue is about whether police should wear security cameras on them on all times and to keep them on the whole time. Lately, police brutality has been becoming another issue.
