Employee Referral Program
“Talent Fit”
Glanbia is committed to attracting talented people who believe in our values and want to make a difference. Talent Fit provides employees with the opportunity to receive a monetary reward for referring candidates who are hired. We believe that current employees, who know our culture well, can be some of our best recruiters.
I.

Guidelines

a. All regular, full-time and part-time employees are encouraged to refer candidates for specific jobs.
II.

Referral Award

a. Award payments range from a minimum of $500 to a maximum of
$1,500 based on the title (level of experience) of the position and up to $2,500 for special promotions. Referral payment for regular parttime employees is $500.
III.

Referral Process

The qualified referred candidate must list the referring employee’s name during the online application process in order to be recognized for the award: The simple, on-line process to make referrals is as follows:
1. From the GPN Insights Portal, select “Employment at GPN” http://gpninsight/
2. Search/select the position in which you would like to refer someone
3. Click “Refer a Friend” once the position has been selected
4. Enter information on your referral
5. Click “Submit Referral”
IV.

Eligibility Guidelines

Eligibility to participate in Talent Fit requires that the referring employee and the applicant meet the following criteria:

a. The Referring Employee:
1. Must be a regular, full-time or part-time employee up to Senior
Director.
2. Contract or temporary employees are only eligible to participate on special promotions as indicated by Human Resources.
3. Human Resource employees, Executives, and Vice Presidents are not eligible for the referral award.
4. Must not be involved in the recruiting or hiring process (hiring manager) for the position for which the referral is being made.
5. Must not have been employed at GPN at any time within the last 2 years. 6. Must be actively employed by Glanbia at the new employee’s
