Federal Register Agency-Equal Employment Opportunity Commission controls the regulation. I am an immigrant from another country, so this is interests me. It is not easy for being an immigrant from another country, I think with the Equal Employment Opportunity really helps us a lot. It should not be a problem for everybody to get employ, whether they are American, African-American, Latin, Asian, African, European, etc, it should be equal. I think there are few things that are important in employment opportunity, such as the attitude or behavior, the willingness to learn and better ourselves in order to get to the next level, the commitment to the job and of course the capability in certain field that we interest in. Based on this law, basically we cannot be discriminated just because of the color of our skin, our race, our religion, our sex, or even our national origin. Everybody has equal employment opportunity, it does not matter what color our skin are, what race/ethnicity we are, what religion, sex, or national origin we are.
