Australia is a truly unique place. It is the world’s 6th largest country and its smallest continent. Australia is the same size as 48 states of USA or 1,5 Europe. However, it still has the lowest population in the world- 23,829,000 or only 2 people per square km. After World War II, Australia has launched a massive immigration program which include: employment visas, student visas, family visas, skilled visas, programs for refugees and Special Humanitarian Program.
