. Start at a young age: Education at a young age is going to be very important to sustain and grow the "Going Green" movement. Many things that you learn at a young age are carried on with you later in life. Schools should hold "Going Green" days where the kids plant trees, learn about preserving the environment, work on special projects, and watch videos about our environment. The kids should then have an assignment to talk to their parents about going green and come up with 1 way their family can go green.
2. Have a National "Going Green" day: The President of the United States needs to address the environmental problem during one of his speeches, and set aside a day for "Going Green". Our local governments can then send out information about being more environmentally friendly and the reasons for doing so. Many people will participate because of the government's involvement. As the years go by more and more people will become aware of the problem just because there is a National "Going Green" day.
3. Famous people and organizations need to get involved: When we notice that people we look up to are promoting the green movement we are going to get more involved. The National Basketball Association(NBA) has an "NBA Cares" movement where the NBA, its players and coaches donate millions of dollars to charity, provide a million hours to hands on service and community work, and create 250 places where kids and families can live, learn and play. What if another sports league promoted a "Going Green" movement where they donated millions of dollars and hours to clean up the environment and make others more aware? Think of all the good this would do. How many people can name a famous actress or actor who is promoting the "Going Green" movement? My guess is that only a small percentage of Americans can actually think of someone famous. When these famous people and organizations get involved more people will take notice, and more people will participate.

Introduction: The biological membranes are composed of phospholipid bilayers, each phospholipid with hydrophilic heads and hydrophobic tails, and proteins. This arrangement of the proteins and lipids produces a selectively permeable membrane. Many kinds of molecules surround or are contained within cells, but water is perhaps the single most important molecule in any living system (Hayden and McNeil 2012). Since water molecules are so small, they are constantly going into and out of the cell. Osmosis is a situation where more water molecules are moving across the membrane in one direction than the other (Hayden and McNeil 2012). During osmosis the net movement of water molecules will be from a solution that has a lower osmotic concentration to a solution that has a higher osmotic concentration. When a solution has a higher concentration of solute within the cell than out, it is called hypertonic. When a solution has a lower concentration of solute within the cell than out, it is called hypotonic. And when there are equal concentrations inside and out of the cell, it is called isotonic. The relative osmotic concentration can be determined by a change in mass of the tissue.…

Individuals are helping the environment through travel, at home, at work, and in their consumer lifestyles. While traveling they can use other means of transportation or carpool, and at home people are turning off electronics when not in use and overall reducing resource consumption. At work, similar to being at home, turn off electronics when not in use, but also make sure your employer and co-workers are informed of ways they can help. Consumables can be harder as they are things that cost money, where everything previously was a cost-free initiative. Individuals can use reusable bags, change to a more eco-friendly diet, and buy consumables that were produced with environmental standards in mind.…

The idea sounds great in words but actually going through with it is going to be the hard part. Too many people are used to their lifestyles and don’t want to change their daily habits so it makes it difficult to do so. Who knows maybe, “not having things might become cooler than having them,” but people want it all so it’s hard to change mentalities when they are in their comfort zone not looking for change (98). If we could get more people turn to being green the more appeal there is for the market demand and many more green products and technologies will rise for a great…

The previous thing told about there being less children in the world, and less children mean less people. Less people means less resources needed to keep the people comfortable. Of course, less people is not enough, you also educate the poorer on using less. Educating the poor actually has little effect, though. What's more important is educating the wealthy (relative to the rest of the world) on the dangers of pollution. (Source Here) Go with the same approach we currently take with wars, show what happens when something goes wrong, and why it's bad. It doesn't even have to be a topic like global warming, tell them if they like stepping in trash, then tell them ¨Oi! Don't litter! Ist nicht gut für deine Gesundheit¨. Heck, you can use this approach to all sorts of topics, but that's not what I’m talkin about for…

I bought a refillable water bottle so I don’t have to use the plastic ones that are from Stracks. One way my family and I have helped as a unit is buying a water jug. Each jug (we have 3) hold up to 5 gallons, and only costs $1.75 to refill each jug. Not only is it cheap, we’re not throwing away hundreds and hundreds of plastic bottles every month. Another way we as a family do this, is we grown our own food. Such as tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, green peppers, jalapeño peppers, and watermelons. Ever since we started growing our own food we don’t have to worry about buying produced vegetables, we know where they came from and what they were grown in. We don’t thrown old food away as much because we all like the taste of the home grown food. One other way I personally try to help is try to carpool with my friends. If we’re going to the same place we try to all get a ride together. I know it’s a small difference, but it will eventually help change global warming.…

Maybe something that would encourage us to take action is to think about the future, not only our future, but our future generations. I think most of us have kids or at least plan to have kids someday, and if things keep going the way it is today they will not have a beautiful and healthy planet to live in. If we do not do something today, we will regret it tomorrow. I personally struggle with this issue. How can I help? What can I do? Where do I start? I am very grateful…

The hardest part of this process is probably finding people who are willing to support you. Government officials seldom want to risk their reputation, unless it is a topic they feel strongly about. Government officials help to pass the laws through congress and get the policy to its end result; hopefully, a change. Citizens help to gather support and keep ties going. They are also the people held responsible for upholding the policies on a day to day basis and protecting the environment around them- even when government administration may not be watching. Private sectors, or businesses help to enrich the policy and can even promote it. For instance, the “keep it green” T-shirts. However, some companies play the opposite role and…

Other that, the trees can cool the land with their big brunches and leaves. Furthermore, conservation our forests, river and seas that God created to us is so important.
