ABSTRACT
Efficient ports are now known as the key to achieving competitiveness in the maritime industry. This paper discusses DP World as one of the most renowned terminals in the maritime industry. The benchmarking of DP World against Westport is shown in the second section of the paper. Lastly, this paper will also briefly discuss the implementation of policy makers in promoting the port industry and international trades.
