POSITIVE APPROACH

Attitude is the most important trait that lifts a man from his present position to the top most. A person who is very positive will spread his positive spirit in al the directions which helps him in unbelievable achievements. This is hard fact of life that whatever be the status of a man, his positive attitude always makes him to be the top in his crowd. I have seen many of my superiors and colleagues, who were totally negative in their approach, had been written off from the system unknowingly. Nobody would have told them the reason for their failure. They may even pass through this world without such feedbacks. There are always two sides of a person. One is that he knows certain qualities of him which is called “I know” domain. The second side is that he does not know certain qualities which he needs to develop which is called “I do not know” domain.

One should always try to probe the second domain and refine himself every moment in his life. This will make a person more matured and balanced. This will also make a person know his limitations and act accordingly.

Ask every flower that looks beautiful, how easy it was to reach this beautiful stage? If the flower had the capacity to communicate to you, it will say that it had to struggle against the weather, animals, insects, brats and the gravity that always pulls its face down. You should never break your heart and you should never feel what sort of life is this. There is no man who is happy till he dies and there is no human who has no grief in his life. All the problems will vanish if you have the will to solve or ignore it. Your problem is your state of mind. You think it is difficult it will be difficult. You think it is nothing it will be nothing. The rock that faces the pain of the chisel will only become a beautiful statue on this earth and the heart which takes the pain in its stride will only find the permanent happiness. Every human has to struggle on this earth in some or other form to win his bread or to be a winner in his life. Then why should we shed tears when we face problems? Let us dream some vision and work for the dream. We will succeed one day. Let us change our thought process and orient it towards positive outlook. Hard work, perseverance and sustained effort should be our breath for the success. There will be no one to defeat you at this stage. You tear your heart and sow the seed of desire to succeed. All your defeats, insults and sweat will be the manure for it to become a banyan tree. There is no History without defeat. Never fear for failure and proceed with a clear aim in your life, you will conquer the sky!
