Positives And Negatives Of The Industrial Revolution

Since the start of mankind, the human race has gone through many improvements but the biggest one is right now in 1830, the Industrial Revolution. Although there are many negatives the positives outweigh them. For example, Education, Modern inventions, and industrial production are all positives that are coming out of the revolution. As of right now we are the only country going through this phase and its great having all this technology make life easier like steam engine and springing jenny. Our society is greatly changing, with the the invention of the steam engine and railroads. Being a factory owner in the textile industry my products are being exported faster and way cheaper. So for our factory more money goes into fabric and more workers. Another invention that helped me is the steam engine because it powered my machines so i was able to produce more weaved cotton faster. It also, made my workers jobs easier by having them shape the
Industrialization resulted in an increase in population, as a growing number of people moved to urban centres in search of employment. Some individuals became very wealthy, like me i benefited greatly off the revolution. This change in technology gave me the chance to move from the lower class who owned land to a higher middle class worker who now owns two factories. So this revolution has really gave me a big chance to change my family's political status. My family was able to purchase expensive clothes and food and i just got a new house so everything is going smooth. We were increasing demands for improved social welfare, education, labour rights, political rights and equality, as well as for the slave trade and changes in the electoral system.
