Although completely separating from stressors permanently is impossible, there are a lot of different things at our disposal that can help take the edge off to keep mental health the best it can be.
I think you are completely right, there are so many things that can cause post-traumatic stress disorder in people. There are many things that cause stress to our lives that can take a major toll on our mental health. We must do what we can to help counter the stress and stay in the best state of mind.
