There are a few technique that i really like. The creative technique that I chose is the Pot Bound technique. The pot bound technique works with clients who find themselves stuck in situations that offer no room for personal growth or development. The client will usually feel stifled. The analogy used for this technique is that you are like plant that has been put in a small post. Although you have grown to some degree, you will never gro to your full potential unless you change to a bigger pto to grow in.
