The explosiveness of sprinting is very crucial for every player in order to reach and possess the ball. Especially in offensive game that require a high amount of leg power to increase the speed output for the players.
Balance
Defensive players require a well balance in order to intercept the opponent forward by tackling the players or withstanding a good position. Without a sufficient balance for competing the opponent, it would potentially be able to lose the position from intercepting other players.
Agility
The offensive players, who are capable in dribbling such as Neymar or Messi, demand a tremendous amount of agility for passing through the opponent and creates the opportunity in getting score which can be either passing or shooting
