Question 1: To what degree did you achieve your goal, and how are you gauging your progress?
I would say I have made strides in all three goals. For filling my positions to the best of my ability, I have done everything asked of me and been told I am doing a great job at it. For getting more involved in the planning of big events, I took every job given to me for the big Bobcats Against Huger event, which was called Toss Away Hunger. Now although this event did get cancelled last minute due to unforeseen circumstances we still accomplished all of our responsibilities for it. Lastly expand my communication with other organizations, I have probably made the least amount of stride when it comes to this one just due to my role in the organization but next semester we have some collaboration coming up that will help improve me in this area.

I attribute making a conscious effort to my success because if I didn’t actively pursue these goals I most likely wouldn’t have reached them.
Question 3: What did not work well, and what were the challenges to success in this area?
For what didn’t work well I would say the cancelation of our event, we may of just taken on to much or maybe we could of advertised better. That is definitely something we will need to improve upon in the coming months as we try to raise more money and awareness. The challenge to success is hard to answer considering we didn’t succeed. But some challenges along the way to setting up this event were getting organizations to reply and raising awareness about the event. Also lack of involvement from Bobcats Against Hunger members was an issue.
