Although, all of us are sometimes a victim of prejudice, most of the ones that are most affected are not of white descent; they are from a minority group which eventually leads us to discrimination against these individuals. One example, is when a person of Latino descent is vying for a higher paying position such as a Manager of a fortune 500 job position, and a Caucasian person lands the position due to their ethnical background not their experience; or abilities to perform the job. While prejudice is so common these days, many people don’t realize that their feelings towards another race could actually be considered prejudice.
