1.1.Introduction
The Company started its operation in 1993 and it did pretty well and generated huge amount of profit until 2010. However due to the lack of Vision, Mission and well-defined Objectives, the employees are getting confused with where the organization is going and gradually getting demotivated and thus the staff-turnover rate keeps rising.
Besides, the competition in the industry has been getting severe over the past several years and the company has started losing market share since 2010 and the revenue growth has declined by 10% year on year and the previous management were not able to developed sound turn-around plan.
Now as we have taken it over and we were assigned to analyze how to revive it, we now come up with our proposal to turn it around.

TO BECOME WORLD CLASS MANUFACTURER IN SOFT DRINKS INDUSTRY IN MYANMAR.

WE ARE GOING TO PROVIDE MAXIMUM SATISFICTION TO OUR VALUE CUSTOMERS WITH OUR QUALITY PRODUCTS AND SIMULTAENIOUSLY TO MAXIMIZE THE SHARE-HOLDERS’ WEALTH.
WE ALSO CARE THE HEALTH OF OUR CONSUMERS WITH SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS THAT ARE ESPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR HEALTH CONCERNS.
WE ALSO CARE OUR EMPLOYEES WITH DUE RESPECT FOR THEIR DEVELOPMENT AND WELFARE.
1.4.OBJECTIVES
To gain 25% of market share and to increase sales revenue by 30% within 2 years.
To increase the productivity by 10% annually and thereby to reduce the cost of production by 5% every year.
To target staff turnover rate of maximum 5% yearly to maintain stable work force.
