Since this speech was written in the 1800’s the language and dialogue will be a little different than how we speak today in America. The words are more difficult to understand just because of how old the speech is and how long ago this time was. The next document is Abrahams speech when he was elected president. This document is very easy to understand because it was a speech that he gave to America. His language was very concise and easy to understand because his audience was everybody. Some words are unfamiliar because of how old this was and some of the dialogue has changed since then but other than that it is really easy to understand. She got her point across and people listened. I believe that she met her victory in her goal of her speech. She wanted people to understand where she was coming from. She gave examples of her personal life and wondered why she couldn’t be treated like any other man because she was doing everything that any other man was doing. She will defiantly succeed in the future because of her leadership and her ability to state her strong opinion. Her success is a very good thing in my person view.
