Presidential character is the face the president shows the nation as well as the person he/ she claims to be. Most of the time a president’s character is drilled into the public even before they have been elected. Presidential Character is normally established either just before the primaries or directly after. The whole world watches to see how they will run their campaign, forever judging their character based on how they run their campaign. Bush knows about this topic all too well considering even before his presidency ended they were calling him out as one of the weak ones.
