Pressure ulcers commonly perceived in terms of location and the depth of the location and the deepness of the wound. As we know that pressure ulcers are occur when a person does not move around often. There are a lot of common areas where pressure ulcers develops such as elbow, lower back and the buttocks, hip , inner knees and heels. According to (Kirman, 2016), 70% of all pressure ulcers occurs at the hip and buttock region. The area where the pressure ulcer occur is at ischial tuberosity, trochanteric and sacral location. The second highest where the pressure ulcer always occur is at heel, patellar
and pretibial locations, where 15-25% of all the pressure ulcer. The place where there is a lot of pressure and occur in a long time is the remaining percentage of the pressure ulcer.
