The strengths of the firm come from its leading role in auditing services. As a leading company in total revenue and Asia Pac revenue, as well as audit offerings PricewaterhouseCoopers appears to be the most prestige company for clients (Butcher n.p.). It is the best place to start a career in audit sphere, so the company has an ability to hire the most prominent and talented graduates all around the globe. Employing the highly skilled labor resources the firm can set the high bar for its culture and values, which eventually attracts customers. As an international business with the high level of revenues, the company has access to knowledge and technology across the globe that allows the firm to diversify its client base and services. The evidences show that global firms have an opportunity to diversify its portfolio into industries of various countries (Mansor 50).

As the global firm employs a lot of staff, it is quite hard to maintain high culture and values as well as implement new rules all around the globe in respect that the mistake of one member influences the reputation of the whole company. So the company is not flexible to the changing market circumstances. Middle-class businesses do not tend to use the global firms’ services as there are concerns about the amount of the attention paid to such clients (Ding 74). Also, the price for services of global companies is higher than for local ones. When entering the new markets, the brand recognition may be a problem.
