Duties of the Principal
The students would look after the discipline and cleanliness, in the school themselves. They shall punish the latecomers and would tell their parents to send them in time. One student from each class would be on duty. He would check the cleanliness of the students. He would also see to it that no one roams about the corridors.principal Another would be on duty in the reception hall. He would attend to the visitors and the telephone calls.
There would be very few teaching periods. They would end before the recess. The students would take part in games, sports and co-curricular activities. They would make more use of library. In fact, the teachers would guide them only in inspire the students to solving their difficulties. They would read new books.
There would be no physical punishment The clubs and societies would not be mere showpieces for the visitors. They would function actively and shall stress on self-learning. Each and every student would be expected to take part in drama and group songs. 1 shall lay stress on manual labour. Each student would have to work in the garden or the workshop. The students would earn while they learn.
