Bullying is a growing disaster across this great nation's youth. In the article "Address Bullying Head-On" it begins with the results of bullying. Bullying is extremely painful and humiliating. It results in low self-esteem and depression for the bullied party. Bullying can range anywhere from vocal abuse to physical abuse. The article goes on to explain that the main reason that bullying isn't being handled is because those who can fix the problem, don't care or are not aware of it going on around them. Who can help fix this great problem of bullying? Adults. Children should feel comfortable coming up to a teacher or superior to ask for help in any situation. Instead, children are ashamed or too frightened
