MAIN PROBLEM: Lack of visibility, very slow performance and popularity of their manufacturing business caused by being outdated in terms of information technology.
SPECIFIC PROBLEMS:
a. Manual Transaction of Records
b. Delay of products and services in exporting
c. Slumping of product line
d. Payment cannot process on time
e. No practical track in products

CAUSES OF PROBLEM:
a. Human Error (Overlooked)
b. Not on time delivering orders
c. Discontinuation of services
d. Failure in delivering the customer’s orders

EFFECTS OF PROBLEM:
a. Doesn’t inform in the problems facing in exporting.
b. Takes too long to know the problem outside the country
c. Negative feedbacks from the customers
d. Low credibility of the business
e. Low cash income
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS:
1. By creating an online ordering website, it makes their business caught up with social media trend, makes their business updated and competitive for success.
2. Online Ordering Website, for easier, convenient and hassle-free keeping of orders and sales record.
