SUBJECT: PROBLEMS ANALYSIS REPORT

INTRODUCTION
We have just completed two weeks of the project sell bags. All the work is going on with what was planned, but due to several factors it is to some extent inhibited our project journey.
However, this problem can be solved in the future, if we examine these aspects. So that all these problems will not happen again. My comments focus on three problems including limited time, respondent and cost.

DISCUSSION
LIMITED TIME
Throughout from the project, problems or major factors sale bag is a bit limited . All this happens because the two weeks of the project we had to deal with the lack of time for the class and at the same time we have a program to Sarawak , which took a bit longer.
We believe this lack of time can be encountered if the time we were able to be divided with it, without any other program that can defeat the project while it lasted.

RESPONDENT
Respondent is the main person who helped us in this project. Quite Frankly, we have a problem in collecting the respondents as most of the respondents lack of cooperation that when we want to collect the details of their information. From our research online most of the respondents is the lack of cooperation that of the respondents compared to other respondents. The possibility of there are also online problem because information online is too much.
There are also respondents who did not understand the question we have stated, the possibility that our questions are too general state and cause confusion when they want answered. Respondents from phone calls are also problems such as the current call, sometimes there is confusion and problems of current online

In the greater Baton Rouge area, there are 270 automotive and collision repair businesses. Within three miles from Fisher’s Automotive, where my husband Paul works, there are 40 shops that are providing some of the same services as Fisher’s. Of those 40, 26 perform collision repair. Before I started school, I worked at Fisher’s with Paul. I was a body technician and helped with some of the office duties. Paul is still currently the head painter. The owner, Vic Fisher, has recently seen a decline in business on the collision side. If the business is to remain open, which will allow Paul to keep his job and provide for his family, the staff at Fishers needs to figure out what they can do to bring in more business.…
