MANAGEMENT ASPECT
4.1 Company Name The proponents decided to use “F’Scale Creations Corporation” as the business name; the proponents derived the name from the source itself which is literally creating home decoration made of fish scales. Fish scales home decoration signifies the uniqueness of the product, that may can caught the attention of the consumers.
4.2 Product Name The proponent used the product names as “Loro Lamp” “Maya Vase”, “Maro Flowers” which are derived from the fish names, Maya Maya and Loro Fish where the scales are taken.
4.3 Form of Business Ownerships F’Scale Creations Corporation will be created and will operate its operation under corporation type of business, considering the following advantages:
Limited liability: Company directors, officers, shareholders, and employees enjoy limited liability protection.
Pass-through taxation: Owners report their share of profit and loss on their individual tax returns.
Elimination of double taxation of income: Income is not taxed twice; once as corporate income and again as dividend income.
Investment opportunities: The Company can attract investors through the sale of shares of stock.
Perpetual existence: The business continues to exist even if the owner leaves or dies.
Corporation is defined in Batas Pambansa Blg. 68, Section 2 as a “an artificial being created by operation of law, having the right of succession and the powers, attributes and properties expressly authorized by law or incident to its existence.”.

4.4 Nature of Business
Manufacturing is the production of merchandise for use or sale using labor and machines, tools, chemical and biological processing, or formulation. The term may refer to a range of human activity, from handicraft to high tech, but is most commonly applied to industrial production, in which raw materials are transformed into finished goods on a large scale.
