We take pleasure in submitting for your consideration a report on ‘The problems faced by professional working ladies in Pakistan'. This report is divided into four parts: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology and Conclusions and Results. The report aims to determine the general opinion of the professional working women about the problems they face at work. The report was authorized by you in August 2011. We have completed the report on schedule and met all our proposed objectives.
The professional working ladies at our working places served as a sample for our study and questionnaires were used as a research tool. The report provides different reasons the working professional ladies in Pakistan face while they are at work and what are the circumstances which are serving as a barrier in their way of success. We evaluated the results based on our survey and used them to test the hypotheses that we came up with.
