Dear Mr. Maher

Subject: Marketing To Existing Clients

With the 21st century now upon us, Dontel Inc. is taking a slightly different direction with marketing its products and services. We now want to empower current clients with the most innovative technology that will give them an edge (technologically speaking) over their competitors.

Enclosed you will find a list of our top 16 clients who, in the past 2 years, have made purchases from our company which account for more than ½ of our sales. These are the first of our existing clients who we would like your sales personnel to target in the next quarter of 2012. Please note that they have arranged in the order of total purchases from the highest to lowest.

Also enclosed you will find information packages on the most innovative products and services Dontel Inc. has to offer. Of course, some of these clients already may utilize many of these; therefore research will have to be done on each company prior to contacting them. Please keep me apprised of your sales personnel’s progress throughout the next quarter as you target these companies. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely

DONTEL INC.
