The first step on surviving a zombie apocalypse is to have food and water. You will always need to have supply of these 2 things. For food, it is important to eat healthier than to eat non-healthy food. The reason for this is if you do eat healthy, you will increase your productivity. The next important thing to do is finding a bus, u haul truck, or trucks, bigger vehicles will make it easier to pack on supplies and resources. Humans can try to prepare and prevent zombies from attacking, biting, and killing them, but it’s survivors personal fear that will ultimately put their life in the greatest danger. Fear can be controlled (just like zombies) if you recognize the signs and symptoms, you just have to educate yourself. Jurgen Warmbrunn, with help from Paul Knight, wrote a report that included critical information that says to kill a zombie, you must aim for the brain and not the heart (Brooks, 35). Jurgen and Paul noted the signs and recognized the symptoms and all that was left was for people to read the reports. If more people would have read the report, it could have saved millions of lives. Jurgen even said “if more people had read our report and worked to makes it recommendations a reality, then that plan would have never needed to exist”(Brooks, 36).…

The climate of Syria makes the country an inhospitable land for zombies. According to the CIA World Factbook, Syria is mostly desert with a climate that is characterized by long summers with hot, dry, sunny weather. This makes it difficult for zombies to survive as zombies decay faster in the heat. Additionally, Syria can be divided into three different climate zones, all of which are unfavorable for zombies. The coastal regions have a mild Mediterranean climate with a dry summer, with the warmest month above 22°C and the coldest month between 18 and -3°C.…

Obviously, the first (and best) course of action is to prevent the problem altogether. That means no catching rage viruses from monkeys, no messing with human genetics in order to create “super” soldiers, no attempting to cure cancer by infecting people with viruses that kill cancer and certainly, no contracting of hyper-rabies. They say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. That’s what we’re working with here folks. Keep zombies from happening, and we won’t need to deal with the problem.…

Since vampires are portrayed as charming and beyond attractive undead beings, they easily blend in with the human population. Hence, it is easy for them to hunt for their prey, us humans. Zombies, on the other hand, still resemble most of the features of a human body. The appearance of a zombie can be easily identified by a normal human bystander. Their flesh and skin are most likely rotting and pale or green in color. Some parts of their skin, limbs, teeth, hair, etc. could be missing caused by whatever obstacles they bumped into. Extreme environments are places where “normal” life finds it hard or impossible to survive. To survive in an extreme environment you need intelligence and the will to survive. In “The Story of Keesh” by Jack London Keesh kills polar bears to survive because he gets little food from the tribe. He does this by using his brains instead of brute force. In the “Life of Pi” by Yann Martel, Pi uses his brains to access food and water. In these two stories Pi and Keesh both use survival skills to survive in their extreme environments.…
