My percent grade was a 67%. This was because I messed up on a test and plan to redo it. I think I just went too fast on the test because I talked with Mr. McCauley after and he told me it is an easy test and I probably sped up. It was not a new skill and I think I just took it for granted. 2 / 2

If the final grade is higher than the lowest exam grade, that exam grade will be dropped and the final will count for 50% of the total grade. There will also be problem sets on blackboard that will count for 10% of your total grade. You may collaborate on these problem sets. All material on an exam will be covered at least one week before the exam. The minimum score for each letter grade (out of 100) is: A 90, A- 87, B+ 84, B 80, B- 77, C+ 74, C 70, C- 67, D 64.…

Before I started the Graded Quiz, I reviewed the previous 2 Self Quizzes for Units 1 and 2. This really helped because the Graded Quiz was similar to all three Self Quizzes. Even though I reviews all three quizzes, I still did not score full marks on the Graded Quiz. I was still glad that I had reviewed them because I would probably get a lower grade on the Graded Quiz if I didn’t. I had 90 minutes which is basically an hour and a half which I thought was a lot of time, but by the time I started I realized that I would probably need more time. Luckily I completed all the questions in time and score 23/29, approximately 80%. I hope the other students did well on their Graded Quiz as…

My score was 45 out of 75. The assessment score indicates that I am not as good of a listener as I think I am. The area I need to focus on is learning how to be more attentive when listening. There currently is an issue that I deal with at work on a daily bases. You see as a leader and a member of management there will always be people who want to see you fail at your job. This is the case for me. There is an individual that on regular bases has an issue with how I run my service department. Author’s Note: This is a part of an early draft of my doctoral dissertation that was shortened considerably for the final version. Nevertheless, it might be a useful collection of insight for organizations that face a need for redesigning their business processes and wish to learn more about the basic concept and how some major consulting firms approach it methodologically.
