The following examples show different products and services working by different model to achieve different customers’ satisfactions. Two products examples and two service examples will be included.

5Ps Framework of O.M. is used in the electronic devices company, Apple.
Apple: Apple Computer, Inc., is a famous American multinational corporation headquartered in California where develops, designs, and sells consumer electronics, personal computers and computer software. The well known products are the Mac series computers, the iPad tablet computer, the iPhone smartphone and the iPod music players.

So, let’s talk about the first generation iPhone which produced in 2007 from the Apple Computer, Inc.
The reason why I am going to talk the first generation iPhone is because it was the most revolutionary mobile phone so far.
Product: The most important way to achieve the customers’ satisfactions is design and user experiences. First the iPhone in has the biggest touch screen of mobile phone in the world in 2007.
And the iPhone only have on button called Home Button, the iPhone has a smoothly touching experience with high rate of identification that means no more tapping mistakes on your iPhone, no more stylus, free your hands to holding a stupid pencil.
And the screen is the most important part of iPhone, high resolution ration make you can see each letter clearly. Before the iPhone, no phones can runs perfectly like it.
So finally, the iPhone wins; it gives customers most amazing experiences, convenient and simply used. By the way, each Apple retail store has the devices for customers to try using, that is how they control customers' minds.
