This is concerning because the future of our country is not based on how well an athlete plays a game. Teachers should make more money if athletes are going to continue to be paid substantial amounts of money. The future of children are impacted by teachers and these children are the future of the world. If teachers continue to get paid less before long the world could see some horrific teachers. This is due to the fact that schools will start to hire anyone because people don’t want to be teachers anymore because they can’t make a living off of teaching. Also police officers, fire-fighters and military workers are protecting the United States by sacrificing their lives. Yet, these brave men and women only make a fraction of what professional athletes do. Doctors are the ones that help these athletes when they get injured and they still don’t make as much as professional athletes. This is a growing concern in the world
