A. Professional Goals
Goal #1
• Time Management- Better my preparation skills, by learning more strategies and techniques to benefit my time management skills.
Overall Lesson preparation- Year plans, unit plans, lesson plans.
Time management - Content is relevant and activities stay within the time allotted.
Rationale: This was one of my goals for PSII. I have decided to continue working on this goal, as I feel it was not completely accomplished last term. This goal includes bettering my preparation skills, as well as, learning more strategies and techniques. This goal includes, time management both before and during lessons.
