a. I demonstrated a professional attitude when communicating with both faculty and my direct EDT 110 professor. On one occasion, while suffering from the flu, I wrote a professional email to my advisor, informing her that I was unable to attend class and would do whatever needed to be done to catch up. On other occasions, when meeting with faculty, I demonstrated punctuality and alertness while speaking and listening. There was always a professional tone to my voice when speaking both through technology and in person.

I demonstrated effort, punctuality and a commitment to high quality work in completing all course assignments.
a. I completed all course assignments on time and placed a high amount of effort in everything that I did. If corrections needed to be done on my assignments, I would make them in a timely fashion and resubmit my document. I was committed to high quality work, which in the end, paid off because I maintained an A in the course.

During the DAP interview, I found that it was fairly relaxed, which in turn made me more comfortable and willing to share what I have to say. As for personal meaning, it was really good for me to be challenged with these questions and think about how I personally think about them, rather than listening to all these other individuals, trying to see where I fit in best. It allowed for me to work on my collaboration skills as well, which will be beneficial later down the line.
b) If you received suggested activities to participate in based on areas identified as “Developing”, how beneficial were the activities you engaged in? Have you noticed that you are now more aware of how you demonstrate those particular dispositions or behaviors?
a. I was not suggested any activities to participate in. However, as a side tip for myself, from my DAP interview was to put myself out there. I was told that I have really beneficial things to say but I overthink and don’t say them. I am now much more aware of what I do, therefore I have been working towards saying what I am thinking, rather than swallowing
