Being the network administrator of the company I would install a server-based network because it allows to add more users when needed and each user has their own logon credentials which allows setting up each user with its own security restrictions. It would be setup as a LAN which gives us the ability to communicate with each user and the network administrator knows everything that is going on. The network switch would allow all computers to be linked to each other and share information through the network.…

The exquisiteness of the material and the sophistication of the carving indicate that it was created by the exclusive guild of royal ivory carvers for the king. This exquisite piece is made out of ivory, iron and cooper. This piece also contains pieces of inlaid metal and elaborate coral carvings. The piece dimensions are as followed; H. 9 3/8 x W. 5 x D. 3 1/4 in. (23.8 x 12.7 x 8.3 cm). The mask is a sensitive human idealized portrait, depicting its subject with softly modeled features. This piece is framed with an elegant tiara-like coiffure and openwork collar. The pupils were inlaid with iron metal, the forehead has carved scarification marks and also she is wearing bands of coral beads below the chin. In the necklace you can see miniature motifs that represent heads of the Portuguese soldiers depicted with beards and flowing hair. In the crown tiara-like coiffure are carved more Portuguese heads alternated with figures of stylized mudfish, which symbolizes Olokun, the Lord of the Great Waters. You can see that some of the necklace portion is damage or missing and this could be due to the age and fragility of the coral.…

The business IT network infrastructure must be upgraded to accommodate the current and future growth of the company. The initial company network infrastructure design presented in Exhibit 1 provides a visual of the network design that included 10 workstations connected to a single stackable switch. This first network design employed a flat network topology, with workstations and servers configured in a peer to peer configuration that used a single ADSL line for Internet access. Fortunately the stackable network switch design is scalable and has enabled the network infrastructure to grow with the company while minimizing end user impact while changes were implemented. Exhibit 2 depicts the current business network infrastructure configuration which supports 100 employees and supporting services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file sharing for single sign-on convenience, security and simplified network management.…

I believe this to be a star topology because each of the 15 work station connects to a central point (which would be the port bridge connected to the servers). The Cat 5 cable handles standard networking. The RJ-45 connectors are in place because they are the norm when networking. Only 2 wires in the connector carry Ethernet signals. One end of the cable is connected to the computer and the other end is connected to the port bridge.…

The proposed solution that follows involves significant studies for the changes to CAMPCO office network systems. The current hardware used throughout the network was purchased over a long period of time and uses many different technologies. The new basic physical network architecture will require several upgrades in hardware that address these incompatibilities and older technologies. The result will be higher speeds, more reliability, and easier maintenance of network components. The upgraded hardware will use for date-to date transactions, compatible technologies that will greatly facilitate troubleshooting and maintenance as well as resolve the slow access times that are currently being reported.…
