PREFACE
Research project is a crucial part of M.B.A. curricula since it plays an important role of integrating the theoretical aspects with the practical life, which consist of real business situation. It stimulates a more creative and innovative approach to problem solving. It also prepares as M.B.A. in a better manner for the impending responsibility that awaits him after completing.
I complete my research project on the topic “EFFECTIVENESS OF PROJECT APPRASIAL “The study aims at listing the tools & techniques used by financial institutions for carrying out project appraisal, finding out depth up to which promoters and financial institutions go during appraisal. It will also study the extent upto which project appraisal and its results are used, for deciding about acceptance/rejection of the project. During the training project I got an opportunity to learn valuable things, which I could have been able to learn from theory classes. In nutshell, whole of my project was invaluable experience in the pursuit of knowledge .In the forthcoming pages attempt has been made to present a comprehensive report concerning different aspects of my training. The overall gain to me will be reflected in the report itself.
