Overview
The aim of this task is to provide project management services for the construction of a concrete bridge for a motorway project. A list of activities, an elevation and section of the proposed bridge has been provided which must be used for the project plan.
A critical path analysis will be undertaken to produce a network diagram showing the earliest and late times and a total float for each activity. This will help to provide the following criteria:
Critical activities
Completion time of project A second analysis will be undertaken to determine how the project duration can be reduced in order that recommendation can be made to the contractor.
DetailsThe following figure gives general details regarding the proposed scheme and the table 1 show the list of activities. Table1-List of activities and required resources
