Project Home Organizational Model
Organization Project HOME a nationally recognized agency leading the fight against homelessness since 1989. Project HOME is a non-profit agency that appears to have sustainable growth. HOME portion of the name of this agency stands for: H-Housing, O- Opportunity for Employment, M-Medical Care, and E- Education (Project HOME, 2016). This agency continues to cultivate growth while striving to improve the quality of lives and neighborhoods in areas of the city that are in desperate need of revitalization and supportive services. In my paper I will delve into the organizational models, and identify the strategies that make the agency relevant.
