Methodology
As in the first phase of a project in the project lifecycle model CITATION Gra11 \l 1030 (Gray & Larson, 2011) I will start my paper by defining a project, project management and project implementation. Furthermore and according to the project lifecycle model, I will in this section list the goals of this project as wells as specify the scope of the project and the discussion.
The goal of this assignment is to clearly answer the question stated by the lecturer:
“How effective is Project management in managing the implementation of projects across different industrial and business sectors.”
