* To learn fundamental skills in the use of project management software – in this case, Microsoft Project. * To produce key elements of a project management plan, including the adjustment of a project proposal to fit within a schedule. * To practice some professional communication skills as you write a memorandum to the Project Manager to explain your project plan and make recommendations for action.
