Happy Heart Event Management Private Limited is a young company in events planning industry. The company profile has been specialized into organizing small scale events. The company’s mission aims to develop into a new market. The company’s vision aims to provide pleasant memories and maintain for long term. The company wants to further develop her reputation and company profile by clinching Hitiacha’s Dinner and Dance. The company puts much emphasis and commitments to ensure high success rate for the event. The company selected the most suitable project manager, in accordance to the selected theme.
The development plan for the event is developed to achieve the objectives for the event. A Project Product List (PPL) provides a reference for all the internal and external deliverables for the project. To produce the deliverables, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) identifies the tasks and task owners, while the Organisation Breakdown Structure (OBS) indicates the reporting structure.
