C Project Plan Summary
.1 Business Problem
Mr Jones is requesting the construction of a new shed, so he may be able to store his vehicle, tractor, fertilizer, and tools inside. On the Jones’s property there are existing sheds, some of which have been damaged over the last 10 years with costly repairs.
The construction of the shed must start no later than 6 weeks and take no longer than 3 weeks to complete as there are concerns that the bad seasonal weather may damage the vehicles, tools and fertilisers if not stored correctly.
Due to the severe local weather trends the shed must be constructed of quality materials such that the overall construction is low maintenance.
